We had an amazing experience in Putignano. The service by Humberto was outstanding — he made us feel like we were dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant with his detailed explanations. The service was quick and efficient, the space very pleasant, and the food absolutely excellent — all homemade, with ingredients grown and prepared by their own cooperative. You can feel the love and care in every dish. We ate incredibly well at a very fair price. It’s the kind of restaurant you rarely find anymore: genuine quality, great food, great service, and great value. Highly recommended!

This is a Hidden gem in Putignano. The food was really amazing. The owner and her family do the cooking using only local seasonal ingredients so everything has a homemade taste and feel including the liquors which are made by them. Very tasty and authentic

Just go there. Food is as fresh as it gets - local farmers own and run this place. And you can really feel that they love the food they make. It is also not too expensive. Go there, you won't regret.

Fantastic culinary experience! Loved everything about this Osteria, from the friendly and informative service, explaining the background of each dish, the atmosphere, the food itself and it's origins. Traditional, local dishes, with many made with spelt, as the Osteria uses their own produce from their cooperative. The wine was delicious, and the desert was sublime. Highly recommend the mixed starter. Honest prices. Can't recommend enough!

Wonderful hosts and great meals. As they run a bakery and a farm as well I'm unsure when these people sleep! The service was attentive if a little slow, but we were a big group of 8. Turn up at opening time and prepare to be eating until 10pm! You won't be disappointed. The local wine was also very good, served by the litre in jugs.

A must-visit. Highly recommended. This is a special, familar place where the food is amazing. Everything is handmade, and they take the time to explain the menu and even adapt it to your preferences. You don’t often find places like this nowadays. Even better is the warm treatment from both the waiter and the chef. The portions are generous, the quality is amazinf, and the prices are very fair. We paid €45 for two people including 5 appetizers and 2 pastas.

They deserve a Michelin star! Ingredients cultivated in their own lands, so local and super healthy. Chef with super skill and imagination, working with seasonal produce (for real!) and you won’t get the same thing in different times of the year + all best quality traditional dishes, with a twist. Wonderful family running it, not only this restaurant, but also a bakery and selling their oil and other amazing stuff. Can't recommend this enough!
